The Monitoring and Evaluation (M & E) techniques are used by the NGOs to seek the scientific evidence. The output of M & E techniques are in the form of a report which explains everything about the importance and indulgence of science in the development of the infrastructure of the NGOs. The reports clearly indicate that Science is one big thing in driving the NGOs.
