How according to Relief India Trust the bad NGOs can be made good

Introduction:

The Relief IndiaTrust with its experience knows all the dynamics of working of the NGO. It is because they have gone through all the hard times and struggled a lot in their sector due to the challenges they faced. But, determination and hard work helped them come out as a winner and they have all the experience of tackling with different situations that can bring a downfall to a company. For this reason, they have an idea that what other NGOs can do in the times they are struggling and finding great difficulties to come out of their issues. Panic is the thing which all those struggling NGOs should avoid and look for different solutions that can help them recover in a timely manner with much more efficiency.

Opportunities for the struggling:

According to the ReliefIndia Trust, the bad or the struggling NGOs must look for the opportunities available for them in order to turn into a good NGO. The international development organizations are doing an exceptional job in helping the deprived sectors by providing aid through the NGOs. According to some reliable resources, these international organizations give more than $100 billion of aid every year, which is accumulated by the contribution of taxpayers and some private donors as well. This money is spent internationally for the relief work without any discrimination. The main reason for the struggling of the bad or the poor performing NGOs is their lack of funding. Due to their inconsistent performance and poor organizational structure, the local donors loses their confidence in donating them their money or probably they lose the influential power to convince the potential donors to get some funds for their NGOs to help the people out there. So, for such NGOs, who have all the right powers must try to come back hard with all the right intentions and try to convince the international development organizations to fund them in order for them to start some notable projects. In such cases, all that matters is your proposal. It should be strong enough with the right project to convince those international aid agencies to support you financially with your project. Further, the NGOs can also look towards their government and ask them to help you out in bad times. If they are impressed by your existing architecture and your future plans, then they would surely help you both with finance and material that are needed for the implementation of the future projects.

Fund NGOs for results, not just for input:

All the individual donors, international aid agencies and the government always feel interested in helping an NGO only after considering their output. This means that the NGOs must show their output in order to impress the donors. The best way for the NGOs in this regard is to look for generating some funds through fundraising campaigns and initiate a small project. Based on the output of their small project, they can approach the other big donors to help them out with their big projects.
