Relief India Trust: a nonprofit Organization:

A nonprofit organization is actually a voluntary action which is not governed by the state government. Actually, it is governed by the private sector with a contribution of public funds. It takes the concentration of a private person towards the welfare of their fellows’ persons who are living in poverty or who are disabled. It is actually a meeting between a rich person and a poor person. It is just like a voluntary sector, charitable sector, independent sector and a people’s organization.

In other words, we can say Relief India Trust is a nonprofit organization who has decided legally to distribute its profit to average and poor people. They are committed not to distribute any profit to individuals. 

Purpose:

Ø  Relief India Trust is an organization whose purpose is to serve people in every aspect of life. 

Ø  This Organization has the ability to respond quickly to a disaster situation rather than waiting for the government to take action. 

Ø  The Trust is working for the benefit of the community as a whole as well to make the living standards better than before.

Ø  It is providing means for drawing the public attention to social issues such as child labor, unemployment, poverty, diseases etc.

Ø  Relief India Trust is providing health care system for the poor and needy. If there is no health care system for the poor, they cannot afford proper medical facilities for themselves. 

Ø  The trust is educating and awakening people of various diseases  and raising HIV awareness as well.

Ø  It is also an organ donor foundation where people can donate their organs to needy and sick people.       

Ø  The organization is also working on environmental issues. They are engaging citizens to improve their community and environment for now and for their future. 

Ø  Relief India Trust is also working on equal rights for employment for all free from discrimination, equal opportunity, no gender discrimination, and a special quota for disabled persons.

Ø  This Trust is awakening poor people towards the importance of education and teaching them that it is the only single way to get away from poverty. 

Ø  Relief India Trust is also working on child protection issues like, medical care, parenting, and education, emotional and physical abuse. 

Ø   It is generating public interest and public participation towards the community by campaigns or by communication programs. 

Ø  Relief India Trust is running literacy programs in the villages to encourage farmers to experiment with new crops, to encourage people to send their children to schools.

Every single purpose of this organization is for the people of India. It is a nonprofit organization and working free for people on the behalf of volunteers using the funds generated from different means.
